Ryan is an Advisor in Leo Berwick’s U.S. M&A Federal Tax practice, focusing on corporate development and financial due diligence. He will spend his time across various teams at Leo Berwick, with a specific emphasis on infrastructure.

Before joining Leo Berwick, he interned at a boutique wealth management firm serving high-net-worth and institutional clients, where he worked on portfolio strategy and financial modeling. He also held a leadership role at the world’s largest student-run company and studied Economics at Harvard University. Ryan will graduate from Harvard with a degree in Economics, having focused his coursework on financial markets and modelling.
