Terry is a fractional Senior Executive Advisor for Leo Berwick. He has more than 40 years of experience focused in M&A and International tax with a heavy energy industry overlay.  Terry was a tax partner with both EY and PWC; his clients include public and private equity clients. He also held corporate leadership positions: VP Tax for an UP C international LNG company, VP Tax for a PE owned independent power company as well as leader of Global Tax Planning for a Fortune 500 company.  His experience includes inbound and outbound M&A for the US, Canada and other countries.  M&A experience includes structuring and diligence, while PE experience includes fund formation, exit strategies, FIRPTA, and planning for portfolio companies.  He has UP C experience and broad international tax transaction/planning and Pillar 2 experience.
