Colleen Higgins is a Senior Associate in the US M&A Tax practice at Leo Berwick. She advises multinational corporations on the US tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate reorganizations. Colleen brings experience supporting clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Colleen was a Senior Associate in a Big 4 firm’s New York City office, where she advised large corporate clients on US federal tax matters related to both domestic and cross-border transactions.
