Saranya Chopparupu is Managing Director and Head of Integration & Separation Advisory at Leo Berwick. She specializes in carve-outs, synergies, IT due diligence, and Day 1/100 integration and separation planning and execution, and has extensive experience designing Target Operating Models and structuring Transition Services Agreements (TSAs).
Before joining Leo Berwick, Saranya led the Value Creation team in Calgary at a Big 4 firm, advising on pre- and post-deal strategies for clients across infrastructure, financial services, private equity, public sector, and non-profit organizations.
