Peter Robinson is a Senior Advisor, Integration & Separation Advisory at Leo Berwick with a focus on value creation through merger integration, carve-outs, and divestitures. He specializes in supporting corporate executive teams and private equity clients as they navigate complex transactions, often under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Peter was a Partner at a Big 4 firm, where he co-led the Canadian M&A Integration & Divestiture team. He also served as the national leader of the firm’s Technology Due Diligence practice, which covered IT, Digital, Cyber Security, and Data Privacy.
Peter’s role is to advise the team on matters related to growing our firm’s capabilities in these growth areas. These new capabilities will enable us to “stay in the deal longer” by building and executing a post-close plan that captures the full value of the deal.
