Kirsten Davis is a Senior Associate at Leo Berwick, bringing 1.5 years of experience advising clients across the infrastructure, financial services, private equity, and public sectors in both domestic and global markets. She supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, with experience spanning value creation, operational analysis, and strategic support.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Kirsten was a Value Creation Associate in the Deal Advisory practice of a Big 4 firm. In this role, she supported a range of pre- and post-deal strategy and operations initiatives, as well as carveout engagements involving due diligence and the structuring of Transition Service Agreements.
