Mayanka Sharma leads the Financial Advisory practice at Leo Berwick, India. She is spearheading the Global Capability Centers operations in India, along with leading M&A Advisory engagements, financial due diligence and financial modelling. She is working closely with leadership to shape strategy and enhance market positioning in the Indian market, to drive revenue growth that aligns with the firm’s vision, mission and values.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Mayanka held FDD and POSH leadership roles with various Big 10 consulting firms and was instrumental in establishing their FDD practice and growth in India. Mayanka has experience working for both offshore and client facing roles, both in India and United States.
With over 18 years of experience in FP&A and consulting, Mayanka specializes in financial due diligence related to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions. Her passion for strategy, networking, and people skills is a testimony to her leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
