Cindy Xie is a Vice President in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Financial Advisory practice, where she specializes in financial due diligence.
Cindy advises private equity firms and strategic investors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. She partners closely with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, delivering in-depth analysis of quality of earnings, cash flow sustainability, net working capital, indebtedness, and other key value drivers. Cindy also provides purchase agreement advisory services to help clients navigate complex deal negotiations and execution.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Cindy was a Manager in the Deal Advisory practice at a Big Four firm, where she focused on providing financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including digital infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer retail.
