Michelle Bucey is a Vice President in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Financial Advisory practice, specializing in financial due diligence. Michelle has over 7 years of accounting and transaction advisory experience.
Michelle advises private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects across public and private companies, supporting clients through all phases of a transaction. This includes analyzing quality of earnings, cash flows, net working capital, and indebtedness; assessing key business drivers; advising on purchase and sale agreements and purchase price mechanisms; and evaluating post-close purchase price adjustments.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Michelle was a Manager at a leading financial advisory firm, advising both private equity and corporate clients. Michelle began her career in the audit practice of a Big 4 firm.
