Michael is Director of Business Development at Leo Berwick, where he works with clients to help them grow, access new opportunities, and bring their stories to market in a compelling and strategic way. He focuses on building strong partnerships and connecting organizations with the insights, talent, and networks needed to succeed in rapidly evolving industries.
Michael brings a background in business development and market expansion, with experience supporting organizations as they enter new markets, scale teams, and strengthen their commercial positioning. He is known for his entrepreneurial mindset and client-focused approach, working closely with leadership teams to understand their objectives and translate them into meaningful business outcomes.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Michael worked with companies in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors, supporting high-growth and emerging organizations as they expanded their operations and built critical leadership teams. Through this work he developed experience partnering with innovative companies operating at the intersection of technology, energy, and infrastructure
