Reporting to the IT Manager, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and execute across this environment. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and motivated to build a strong foundation in enterprise IT systems.

You will play a key role in day-to-day operations assuring systems run smoothly, supporting users effectively, and contributing to projects that strengthen our technology platform as we grow.

This role operates on a hybrid model, with 1–2 days per week in our Toronto office, plus additional in-person collaboration as required based on projects and business needs. 

What You’ll Do:

Microsoft 365 & Identity (Level 1–2) 

  • Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint at an operational level 
  • Manage users, groups, licenses, shared mailboxes, and access requests 
  • Troubleshoot authentication, access, and collaboration issues 

Onboarding & Offboarding 

  • Execute onboarding and offboarding for employees and external consultants using defined SOPs 
  • Provision accounts, devices, SaaS access, and shared resources 
  • Ensure timely and accurate access removal and device actions 

Endpoint & Access Support 

  • Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, including login, MFA, device compliance, and peripherals 
  • Support secure application packaging and deployment standards in Intune, including dependency handling, detection rules, and compliance alignment. 
  • Support Intune enrollment, device compliance, and standard security tooling 
  • Assist with office IT needs including conferencing, AV, and printing 

Ticket Execution & Documentation 

  • Own support tickets from intake through resolution (L1–L2) 
  • Follow established runbooks and operational standards 
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and ticket updates 

Projects & Skill Development 

  • Execute IT projects under guidance from senior engineers and management 
  • Support SaaS rollouts, access reviews, and cleanup initiatives 
  • Build toward ownership of defined operational areas over time

What You Bring :

  • 4–6 years of experience in IT support or systems administration

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments

  • Familiarity with Intune or modern device management tools

  • Experience working in a ticket-based support environment

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working within structured processes

Compensation:

This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 CAD, depending on your skills and experience. Final compensation will reflect the scope of the role and the relevance of your background.
