Maro Egbedi is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Financial Advisory practice, where she provides financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to infrastructure and energy investors across a range of sectors, including renewable energy, transportation infrastructure, and digital infrastructure.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Maro held transaction advisory roles at a leading financial advisory firm and a Big 4 firm, where she advised corporate clients and private equity on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic investment decisions across the infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.
Maro has six years of experience advising clients on complex transactions and investment opportunities across Africa, with extensive experience in renewable energy, infrastructure development, and project finance advisory.
