Manisha is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Financial Advisory practice. She focuses on delivering financial due diligence services and supporting clients across a broad range of transactions.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, she spent nearly five years at a Big 4 consulting firm, where she worked on cross-border (UK) Financial Due Diligence engagements. During this time, she supported buy-side, sell-side, and vendor due diligence (VDD) engagements across a diverse range of industries.
