Senior Associate – Cost Segregation & Engineered Tax Specialist (Renewables)

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an engineer who wants to apply technical judgment beyond traditional project work and build expertise in renewables, infrastructure, and transaction advisory.
You’ll work with asset data, drawings, costs, and models to support live deals, tax credit analysis, cost segregation, and client-ready recommendations.

What You’ll Do:
Engineering & Asset Analysis
- Analyze construction costs, asset data, and project components to support cost segregation and depreciation strategies
- Review engineering drawings, capital expenditure data, and fixed asset records
Engineered Tax & Transaction Support
- Support cost segregation, energy tax credit, tax insurance, and modeling work
- Contribute to transaction engagements involving infrastructure and renewable assets
Modeling, Research & Documentation
- Research asset classification and engineering-based tax treatment
- Build analyses, models, and client-ready deliverables
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work across global deal teams in a fast-paced environment
- Help grow the platform and expand into adjacent service areas
What You Bring:
- Engineering degree, in the Civil, Mechanical or Chemical disciplines
- 2–4 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, power generation, or renewables
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with technical, asset-level data
- Interest in advisory work across engineering, tax, transactions, and renewables
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
