Manjeet Singh is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s Integration & Separation Advisory practice, specializing in helping clients maximize value throughout the M&A lifecycle. His experience spans Due Diligence, Post-Merger Integration, Carve-outs and Separation Management, Day-1 & Cutover readiness, Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), Op Model Transformations, and Value Creation.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Manjeet was a Senior Consultant at a Big Four consulting firm, where he advised strategic and private equity clients on acquisitions, divestitures, and enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple industries. Over the past three years, he has partnered with executive and cross-functional teams across Canada, US, UK, Europe, South America, and Africa to deliver integration and separation strategies, synergy realization programs, PMO governance, and Op model transformations.
Drawing on a strong foundation in both technology and business through his education and consulting experience, Manjeet excels at bridging strategy and execution — helping clients translate deal objectives into practical operating models, disciplined execution, and sustainable value creation.
