What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to sit at the center of our executive office, supporting our Managing Partner and North American leadership team by driving strategic initiatives and special projects, sharpening how the team operates, and using technology and AI to help the broader support team work faster, stay aligned, and deliver more consistently.
The vision is simple: work started in India overnight hands off seamlessly to North America each morning, so our Managing Partner starts the day with priorities already moving and nothing lost in translation. This role is equal parts strategic partner, systems builder, and AI-fluent operator and someone who’s genuinely energized by using AI and other tools to extend what one person can do.

What You’ll Do:

Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects identified by firm leadership

Track leadership priorities, action items, and commitments through completion, ensuring a clean, accurate handoff to the North American team each morning

Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, trackers, and status updates for senior leadership

Coordinate cross-functional priorities, monitor progress, and escalate risks or blockers as needed

Use AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, documentation, and knowledge management

Create scalable templates, processes, and AI-ready knowledge repositories

Provide high-quality coordination and administrative support, including meeting preparation and follow-up

What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Project Management, Operations, Consulting, or similar role

Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or high-priority business operations

Strong organizational, follow-up, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, with particular strength in Excel

Working knowledge of, or strong interest in, AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Notion, Fellow)
-
Experience working across time zones, specifically North America, or in professional services, is strongly preferred
