Garv Jain is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s Financial Due Diligence practice, where he advises strategic and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, with a focus on Quality of Earnings analysis, EBITDA normalization, normalized working capital, net debt assessments, and transaction advisory.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Garv worked at a leading Big Four advisory firm, supporting strategic and private equity clients through financial due diligence engagements across the technology, SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, and hospitality sectors. His experience includes evaluating financial performance, identifying key transaction risks, preparing due diligence reports, and delivering insights to support investment and acquisition decisions.
Garv has nearly four years of experience in financial due diligence, having advised on more than 50 buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily across the North American market.
