Leo Berwick is pleased to have provided tax and financial due diligence services to CVC DIF in connection with Aurora Towers’ agreement to acquire American Tower Corporation’s Canadian telecommunications tower business.
The acquisition will add 255 wireless communication sites to Aurora Towers’ portfolio, expanding its footprint to more than 650 sites across Canada and further strengthening its position as one of the country’s largest independent wireless tower operators.
