Christopher Berry is a Senior Associate at Leo Berwick’s M&A State and Local practice.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Christopher was a Senior Associate in the National Multistate Tax practice at a Big 4 Firm, where he focused primarily on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, legal entity rationalization, intercompany expense planning, pre- and post-transaction consulting, and state tax due diligence (income tax, transfer tax, sales tax, gross receipts tax, property tax, unclaimed property, etc.).
Prior to joining the Big 4 Firm, Christopher spent a year in the Corporate Development team of a Fortune 500 company, focusing on strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and long-term corporate strategy. Christopher also has experience in real estate banking and corporate legal research.
