Abhishek Pandey

Abhishek Pandey is President of Leo Berwick, leading the firm’s global business with responsibility for its people, client delivery, and operations. He works closely with Managing Partner Nick Kato on growth and the firm’s key strategic priorities.

Abhishek brings more than 20 years of experience across financial advisory, private markets, and technology. He has advised investors and corporates on complex transactions, built and scaled advisory businesses, and co-founded a private-markets technology company.

At Leo Berwick, his focus is on strengthening and scaling the firm: developing its people, improving how the business operates, supporting growth, and evolving how it delivers for clients. Central to that agenda is pairing technology with deep sector expertise and experienced judgment to make client delivery faster, more consistent, and more scalable.

Before joining Leo Berwick, Abhishek co-founded 73 Strings, a valuation and portfolio monitoring technology company for private markets. He helped build the business from inception, raised institutional capital from Blackstone and Goldman Sachs alongside Golub Capital, Hamilton Lane, and Fidelity, and grew the company to approximately 200 people globally. He continues to serve on its board and as an advisor.

Earlier, Abhishek was a Managing Director and Practice Leader at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll), working across valuation, corporate finance, and restructuring. During his time there, he built new service lines and geographies and worked across Asia and Europe.
