What We Are Looking For:

Leo Berwick is looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to join our growing Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing and Communications and collaborate closely with our deal teams and other internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives that elevate Leo Berwick’s brand and showcase the impact of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across digital, social, and internal channels.

• Assist in the development and publishing of content for Leo Berwick’s social channels and website.

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.

• Help maintain and update marketing assets and brand materials including employer brand.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.

• Track engagement and performance metrics to help measure success.

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Experience in a professional services or start-up environment is an asset.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• An eye for design and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot or other email marketing tools, and LinkedIn and Google Ads are an asset.
