Vice President – Infrastructure Financial Due Diligence

What we are looking for:

Leo Berwick is looking for a Vice President to join our growing Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition Financial Due Diligence deal team.

  • You have experience designing and implementing policies, procedures and programs that support high performing teams aligned to our current and future growth plans
  • You are an experienced leader able to oversee and partner across departments and team


  • Base salary ranges from $130,000-$170,000 based on experience.
  • All full-time employees are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and participation in equity.

  • Mentor, lead and develop junior staff.
  • Participate in financial due diligence engagement related to acquisitions or divestments.
  • Analyze business plans and publicly available information on the target business.
  • Review all historic financial data available related to the proposed deal.
  • Evaluate potential synergies and post-merger integration considerations.
  • Report key issues and risks to our clients.
  • Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations and manage expectations of service.


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field required
  • CPA or comparable accounting/finance designation preferred
  • Experience with a start-up organization and/or a large professional services organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • The successful candidates must be able to travel with Canada and the USA.
