DIF Capital Partners (“DIF”) announces that DIF Infrastructure VI has signed a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the equity interests in Kingfisher Wind (the “Project”), a 298 MW operational wind project in Oklahoma, US. DIF will acquire the Project from an infrastructure fund managed by BlackRock. The transaction is anticipated to close in Q3 2021, pending the necessary regulatory approvals and consents.
