Abdullah Khan is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Financial Advisory practice, where he focuses on financial due diligence and transaction advisory, supporting clients through mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Abdullah worked in Deal Advisory at a Big Four firm, advising clients on buy-side, sell-side, carve-out, and vendor due diligence engagements across infrastructure, manufacturing, consumer & retail, TMT, home services, and aerospace sectors. He has supported multiple M&A transactions, with expertise in quality of earnings analysis, net working capital assessments, financial modelling, and due diligence reporting, while collaborating with cross-border teams and senior client executives.
Abdullah holds an MBA in Finance and has more than four years of experience in transaction advisory and financial due diligence across North American, European and other international engagements.
