Ali Khawaja is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Financial Advisory practice, which focuses on financial due diligence and financial modelling services specifically tailored to infrastructure and energy investors.
Ali joined Leo Berwick with over two years of professional experience. He began his career as a Consultant in the Infrastructure Advisory and Project Finance team at a Big Four firm in Toronto, advising public sector clients on strategic advisory, capital raising, and project finance mandates.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Ali was an Associate in the Corporate Finance and Treasury department of a leading private equity-backed district energy operator, where he focused on debt, cash and liquidity management, capital allocation planning, and financing initiatives.
