Ankita Pal is an Associate in Leo Berwick’s Financial Due Diligence practice, where she supports clients throughout the M&A lifecycle by providing financial analysis and insights to help evaluate investment opportunities and inform transaction decisions.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, she worked in transaction advisory at leading Big 4 consulting firms, advising private equity firms, corporate clients, and strategic investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions across sectors including technology, healthcare, consumer, industrials, and business services. Her experience spans financial due diligence, quality of earnings analysis, net working capital assessments, and post merger integration and separation, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
Ankita has nearly two years of experience advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and is passionate about delivering practical, data-driven insights that support successful investments.
