Brenda is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s Tax Insurance Advisory practice, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, taxation of debt instruments, and other complex tax transactions.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Brenda was a Senior Associate in the International and M&A groups at a Big 4 firm. She was also a Senior Attorney in the Large Business & International group at the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel where she advised revenue agents throughout the complex audits of large multinational corporations.
