Chris Colombo is a Vice President in the US M&A Tax practice. He specializes in performing tax due diligence, providing tax-efficient structuring advice to both private equity and corporate clients and complex modeling for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Chris spent over two years as a Senior Associate in the M&A tax practice at a Big 4 firm in Chicago. His focus was on tax due diligence, including Subchapter C, Subchapter K, Subchapter S, consolidated groups, in both taxable and non-taxable transactions.
