David has over 25 years of experience providing State and Local Tax services with a focus on tax consulting, corporate transactional planning (both in the context of mergers and acquisitions as well as ongoing business operations), tax controversy, and tax due diligence. Although David focuses on state income tax matters, he has also extensive experience with sales and use tax, business/license tax, property tax, payroll tax, and unclaimed property reporting matters. Prior to joining Leo, David was a senior manager at a Big 4 accounting firm where he lead the firm’s western region SALT M&A tax practice.
