David is a Partner Emeritus at Leo Berwick, and previously served as a Senior Advisor and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Leo Berwick, David served as a Big 4 Partner and Partner-in-Charge of a Big 4’s Phoenix office for 15 years. He has more than 35 years of tax and business experience working with global companies on cross-border tax issues and mergers and acquisitions.
As a Big 4 Partner, David was responsible for many clients, including leaders in the information technology, transportation, and retail service industries.
