Divine Idoko is a Senior Associate in the Integration & Separation Advisory practice at Leo Berwick. She specializes in advising private equity and corporate clients across the full M&A lifecycle, with experience spanning diligence, carve-out and separation planning, Day 1/100 integration execution, and post-deal value creation. She has particular expertise in Operating Model design and optimization, supporting organizations in aligning strategy, structure, governance, and performance pre- and post-transaction.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Divine worked at a Big 4 firm where she advised corporate clients across North America on pre- and post-deal strategies across financial services, healthcare, and energy, resources & industrials (ER&I). She brings extensive transaction and transformation experience, underpinned by a background in civil engineering that informs her structured, analytical approach to complex integrations and separations.
