Erik is an experienced advisor with a demonstrated history of structuring complex transactions to achieve client objectives. He is skilled in applying US GAAP and IFRS to project and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Erik spent 29 years at a Big 4 firm, most recently serving as Partner and New York Office Leader in the Accounting Advisory Services practice.
Erik advises clients across a wide range of transaction types, with a particular concentration in infrastructure – service concessions, venture formations and structured leasing.
Erik was a regular participant in the Lease, Consolidation and Business Combinations Topic Teams within the Big 4’s Department of Professional Practice, and he was an IFRS Reviewing Partner program member.
