Ethan is a Managing Director at Leo Berwick and has over 20 years of experience advising private equity firms and multinationals on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructurings. His clients operate in various sectors, including transportation, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, pharmaceutical, and retail.
Ethan’s work includes performing tax due diligence on acquisitions of target companies and advising on tax matters related to structuring such acquisitions and cash flow financial modeling for taxes. He also provides tax advisory services in the public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure sector which involves state asset privatization of infrastructure (e.g., toll road and parking assets) and Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) concessions.
