George Abaci is a Senior Associate in the US M&A Tax department. George advises clients on US tax considerations associated with acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, restructurings, and financing strategies. George has a growing expertise in tax due diligence, tax structuring, and tax modeling.
Before joining Leo Berwick, George advised private equity and real estate clients on state & local tax issues as a senior associate in a Big 4 firm’s New York City office.
