Jack Dabic is a Vice President in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables Financial Advisory practice, who focuses on providing financial due diligence, financial modelling, and purchase agreement services to infrastructure and energy investors.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Jack was a Manager on an infrastructure transaction services team at a Big Four firm, where he specialized in financial due diligence, market research, financial modelling advisory, and purchase agreement services for North American pension funds and private equity clients. Jack has over 5 years of experience assisting on over 40 transactions, spanning across a range of infrastructure sectors, including power and utilities, digital, transportation, and social infrastructure.
