Jan Skelton is a retired Big 4 US Tax Partner. Jan also previously worked at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (Income Tax and Accounting) and chaired both the ABA Tax Accounting Committee and the AICPA Tax Accounting Technical Resource Panel. Jan is a subject matter expert in Tax Accounting matters. Jan specializes in tax planning and has advised in a number of industries with concentrations in the Energy & Natural Resources and Financial Services areas.
