Jasneet Chahal is a Vice President in the Integration and Separation practice at Leo Berwick. She supports clients with Day 1 and Day 100 integration, separation planning and execution across functional workstreams, structuring Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), and pre and post deal value creation initiatives.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Jasneet was a member of the Strategy and Transactions team at a Big 4 consulting firm, where she focused on identifying value creation and synergy opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle. She has extensive experience implementing integration strategies and applying change management approaches for clients across power and utilities, retail, and private equity sectors.
