Jay Sipe is a Vice President in Leo Berwick’s US M&A Tax practice, where he advises private equity funds, corporate investors, and their portfolio companies on tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling. His practice areas include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, tax modeling, and complex financial structures.
A tax attorney with an LL.M. in Taxation, Jay brings tax technical depth on subchapter C and partnership issues.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Jay spent five years in the M&A and international tax practices of two Big 4 firms.
