Jen is the Head of Talent & Culture supporting our US and Canadian operations at Leo Berwick.

With over two decades of experience in talent acquisition leadership, Jen Gilbert has collaborated with leaders across various industries, including banking and the Big 4 to tackle unique challenges and meet both immediate and long-term talent needs. Her journey has enabled her to craft and execute strategies that not only reach targets but also significantly contribute to organizational culture.

In her previous roles, Jen worked closely with senior leaders, identifying and eliminating obstacles, and enabling teams to achieve their goals and align with overarching strategies.

In her role at Leo Berwick, Jen furthers her commitment to talent leadership, collaborative working styles, and a culture that values coaching and development. As she continues to drive process optimization across talent and performance management, Jen remains focused on creating frictionless experiences for all involved.
