Jennifer Wu is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s US M&A Tax practice. She supports clients in navigating tax considerations related to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction-related analysis.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Jennifer worked in the International Tax Services practice at a Big 4 firm in Toronto, where she advised multinational clients on cross-border tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and international tax compliance matters.
