He has supported transactions ranging from $30M to $4B across a variety of industries.

Joseph specializes in executing post-merger integrations and separations from strategy through Day 1 and beyond. He designs and leads Integration Management Offices, governance frameworks, and synergy realization programs to ensure disciplined execution and value capture. His work frequently involves cross-border transactions, primarily U.S.-based buyers acquiring Canadian businesses.

He has significant experience in carve-out and separation environments, including technology separations, entanglement assessments, Day 1 operating model design and TSA structuring, and standalone cost modeling. In addition to his advisory experience, Joseph brings direct experience in the energy sector from nearly three years at a large public utility, where he worked in product management and commercial strategy.

Joseph primarily serves private equity clients on platform acquisitions and carve-outs, helping sponsors translate diligence findings into actionable integration and value creation plans.
