Justine is a Director in Leo Berwick’s US M&A tax practice. Before joining Leo Berwick, she was a Senior Manager in a Big 4 US M&A tax practice.
Justine has worked for several years providing and assisting corporate and private equity clients from various industries with cross-border / inbound tax matters, M&A , structuring, financing arrangements, cash repatriation and other consulting matters. The majority of Justine’s focus is on supporting foreign based clients with their investments in the United States. As a holder of Masters degrees in both Canadian tax and US taxation, Justine has deep knowledge and understanding of the ramifications of M&A in the cross-border context to ensure global tax-efficiency.
