Kevin Zhuang is a Vice President in Leo Berwick’s Integration & Separation Advisory practice.
He specializes in carve-outs, HR due diligence, change management and communications, and integration and separation planning and execution.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Kevin was part of the Value Creation team at a Big 4 firm. In this role, he worked on due diligence, integration and separation, and other value creation engagements for a diverse range of clients across telecommunications, energy, financial services, private equity, and the public sector.
