Kim is a Special International Tax Advisor to Leo Berwick. Kim is a tax lawyer and a retired partner of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York, currently practicing through her firm, Law Office of Kimberly S. Blanchard, P.C.

Kim’s practice is concentrated on providing advice, primarily to non-U.S. persons, in connection with investment into the United States and cross-border transactions.

Kim lectures and publishes extensively on international tax and treaty topics, including tax issues facing foreign persons, pension plans and other exempt investors who invest in US partnerships and real estate. She is a former Chair of the New York State Bar Association Tax Section and is the author of the Tax Management Portfolio on PFICs for Bloomberg BNA.
