Kyle Risser is a Director for Leo Berwick’s US M&A Tax practice. Before joining, Kyle was a Senior Manager at a Big 4 consulting firm with over a decade of experience assisting clients with a variety of transaction-related services, including tax structuring, modeling, due diligence, and general consulting support in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Kyle has served both public and private clients across a variety of different industries including private equity, oil and gas, renewable energy, power and utilities, and consumer retail. He has deep expertise within the partnership transactions space and extensive experience advising on inbound US investments and fund structures.
