Michael is a Director on Leo Berwick’s Business Development team, focusing on partnership development across IPPs, developers, and sponsors. He works with clients to identify and pursue growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and build strategic relationships across the energy and infrastructure landscape.
Michael brings a background in business development and market expansion, with experience supporting organizations as they enter new markets, scale teams, and strengthen their commercial positioning. He is known for his entrepreneurial mindset and client-focused approach, working closely with leadership teams to understand their objectives and translate them into meaningful business outcomes.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Michael worked with companies in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors, supporting high-growth and emerging organizations as they expanded their operations and built critical leadership teams. Through this work he developed experience partnering with innovative companies operating at the intersection of technology, energy, and infrastructure
