Mildred is a Senior Associate at Leo Berwick fostering financial reporting initiatives, managing intercompany and multi-currency accounting, supporting tax compliance, payroll, month-end close, financial statements, SOX compliance, audit and building scalable systems and accounting processes that support business growth.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Mildred worked in Audit & Assurance at a Big 4 firm, where she led audit engagements for public and private companies across multiple industries. Bringing almost a decade of experiences across technology, gaming, agriculture, and professional services sector where she offers deep expertise in IFRS and GAAP reporting, internal controls, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
Mildred holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), holds the ACCA and the CFA investments foundation designations, and is currently completing her CPA designation in British Columbia, Canada.
