Mitch is a Director of Integration & Separation Advisory at Leo Berwick. He has experience across the full lifecycle of M&A, specializing in sign-to-close and post-merger integration planning and execution.
Before joining Leo Berwick, Mitch worked as a Senior Manager in M&A execution for a Big 4 firm, advising on pre- and post-deal strategies for clients across technology, telecommunications, financial services, and private equity. He also has extensive global experience in developing organic growth strategies for clients, and as a Board member for prominent non-profit organizations.
