Noah Danzig is a Vice President in Leo Berwick’s US Federal M&A Tax practice.
Noah provides transaction tax advisory services to clients, including tax due diligence, acquisition structuring, and modeling of complex transactions. His background includes two years as Director of Tax at a private equity firm investing in lower middle-market service and product businesses, where he led the fund’s tax compliance program and provided tax structuring support to the fund and its portfolio companies.
Before his private equity experience, Noah spent three years at a Big Four accounting firm in its M&A Tax practice, providing tax advisory, consulting, due diligence, and structuring services to private equity clients.
