Shrey Patel is Head of Engineering at Leo Berwick, where he leads the firm’s software development function, with responsibility for engineering delivery, technical standards, and the evolution of scalable development capabilities. He also focuses on the responsible adoption of AI-assisted software development, enabling teams to leverage modern technology while maintaining strong standards around security, architecture, and maintainability.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Shrey held senior engineering leadership roles at a leading North American real estate technology company, where he led software teams and technology modernization initiatives spanning SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, software architecture, DevOps, and AI adoption. Earlier in his career, he developed enterprise software solutions in the financial services sector.
Shrey brings over a decade of software engineering and technology leadership experience, with expertise in building high-performing engineering teams, modernizing complex technology platforms, and translating technology strategy into scalable business outcomes.
